Mutualist Blog: Free Market Anti-Capitalism

To dissolve, submerge, and cause to disappear the political or governmental system in the economic system by reducing, simplifying, decentralizing and suppressing, one after another, all the wheels of this great machine, which is called the Government or the State. --Proudhon, General Idea of the Revolution

Another Greene Work Online

Shawn Wilbur's got another of William Batchelder Greene's major works on banking online: the 1850 edition of Mutual Banking. And in his accompanying blog post, he's got an interesting bibliographical essay on Greene's mutual banking works. As I reported earlier, he recently put up a text of the 1849 book Equality online, as well.

Hey, Kevin. I've now also posted the 1857 Radical Deficiency of the Existing Circulating Medium, the beginnings of a combined/parallel version of the mutual bank writings, and links to some Massachusetts Land Bank texts. Links and game-plan updates at libertarian-labyrinth.blogspot.com.
