Mutualist Blog: Free Market Anti-Capitalism
To dissolve, submerge, and cause to disappear the political or governmental system in the economic system by reducing, simplifying, decentralizing and suppressing, one after another, all the wheels of this great machine, which is called the Government or the State. --Proudhon, General Idea of the Revolution

Most of the coverage of this subject is just fluff. Same old same old. We have all the technology we need. The issue is and always has been the control of the means of production. That takes getting off ones ass in order to make a buck.
How about you Kevin? With all your theoretical study of economics have you got around to starting or joining a buyers co-op? Do you still pay retail to who-knows-who?
Or are you putting off that effort because you plan to start your own bio-permaecotechnic nano-agrifarm ... some day... soon.
Or are you waiting till the day some supersecret technology is discovered that allows you to make everything you need in your backyard?
No. I'm trying to bring on the revolution by making churlish, abrasive confrontational comments making impertinent demands for personal information from people I don't know from Adam, while hiding behind a screen of anonymity.
I write about what I write about because I think it's interesting, and to bring it to the attention of those who may not be familiar with it. That's what I do. What else I do, or don't do, is none of your goddamned business -- especially considering I at least post under my own name. I must have missed the resume you included along with your own gutsily anonymous comments. So if I don't meet your standards for revolutionary street cred and authenticity, I suggest you put it on your TS list and send it to the chaplain.
Ha! See, you just projected. The passive aggressive nature of the social theorist eventually shines through.
Re-read what I wrote again. Gutsily anonymous churlish, abrasive confrontational comments?
No, simply legitimate HYPOTHETICAL questions which should be asked of every INTERWEB SOCIAL THEORIST ACTIVIST which get to the point.
Rather than answer - FESS UP - you write "is none of your goddamned business." The Red Pill does cause some to choke. Many can't stand to admit they've allowed themselves to be strung along for so long.
Immanentization of the eschaton through the techgnosis - any day now - is magical glamour.
And my name is Anon.
Um, no. The projection was when you called me "passive-aggressive." And you really should look up "hypothetical" in the dictionary; it doesn't mean "nosy and offensively personal."
Wow, I see if my intent WAS to troll, you would have been a soft target.
My question WAS hypothetical. How is asking reflectively if you've gotten around to basic economic organizing your family, friends and neighbors into a simple EOS coop "nosy and offensively personal?" Did I hit some nerve? If you tell a doctor "it hurts when I do this" would you flip out if he told you "don't do that"?
LOL. Can't wait till your commentariate shows up. Haterz gonna hate.
Usually when I communicate with a doctor at all it's when I come to him. If HE approached ME and asked "Are you doing this... or are you just doing THIS?" I'd think it was nosy and offensively personal. As for whether your tone was "hypothetical" and "reflective," or a challenge, I'll leave it to all the "haterz" to determine for themselves.
But I always let the troll have the last word.
You're a dog on the internet playing a scholarly political activist with the obligatory Chip-In button.
Expect us.
