Shawn Wilbur, one of the Internet's leading scholars in the history of anarchism (and especially of the petty bourgeois socialist varieties like individualist and mutualist anarchism) is conducting a seminar on Proudhon's What Is Property? Kevin, if you must use the term "petty bourgeois", could you at least use the form "petit bourgeois"? While Marxists favor the mistranslation's transformation to a pejorative despite the loss of accuracy, those of us who favor such petit bourgeois socialisms as anarcho-individualism and anarcho-mutualism could probably do without them.

While Marxists no doubt favor the mistranslation's transformation of a neutral term into a pejorative, despite the inaccuracy, those who advocate such socialisms as anarcho-individualism and anarcho-mutualism could probably do without it.
Well, the whole point of it was an ironic play on the Marxist use of "petty bourgeois" as a dismissive term.
