I don't have time to do justice to my side of it--I'm focusing more on organizational behavior issues now--so I won't try to reopen it from this end.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Suffice it to say that earlier comments seemed to be pointing to a rough consensus that there should be neither blanket immunity nor a presumption of liability.  Makes sense to me.  Also, as I pointed out earlier, eliminating respondeat superior might go a long way to weakening the fiction that corporate management are stewards for the owners, and leave the way open for alternative theories of firm ownership like Kellerman's.
